Here’s my newest progress photos. The picture with orange shorts is from July when I started my second round of LIIFT 4. Second picture was taken today! There isn’t significant change, but if you look at the pictures closely, you’ll see that I’ve trimmed a lot of inches. In fact, I’ve lost an inch around the biggest part of my belly. ...or as my clients know it, a pyramid workout. 💀 . This is the workout from the #80dayobsession #beachbody program (Ph1, Wk4). It is a great way to use your entire body and get in your cardio without it being your standard “steady state” type cardio. . Start with the first exercise (do 4x), then add the second. Repeat from the start (1 & 2) and then add the third exercise. Then back to the top. Repeat the process until all exercises have been added. Once you have added all exercises, complete the entire sequence two or more times full out at the end. . 10 Exercises: Inchworm Spider pushups Diamond squat hops Flamingo Duck walks Gorilla Kick-throughs Bear Tricep dip to kick reach Mule kick to frog jump .
